Mum and Baby Yoga - A special time to connect .....
Here's a wonderful opportunity to meet other mums and babies, de-stress, get fit, tone up and improve your babies development - all at the same time!
This lively interactive and fun class has many benefits for both mother and baby, it targets typical trouble hotspots postnatally including
- improve posture and alignment
- increase levels of fitness
- strengthen core muscles
- relieve tension in shoulders, neck and hips
- ease and relax the lower back
- and most importantly gets mums and babies out of the house
Every class includes breath work and relaxation time and learning to relax with your baby brings lots of benefits.
It's also a time to connect with baby in a special way that both mums and babies enjoy. The exercises stimulate the digestive system which can help to relieve constipation, trapped wind and even colic.
Tummy time promotes development of the neck, shoulders, back and arm muscles.
Best of all babies relax and sleep great after this class!
This is a fun class which stimulates growth and development using games such as Peek-a-boo, tummy tickles, feet massage and cradle swings.
Classes are run in various locations. The cost of classes varies depending on the cost and capacity of the venue. Class sizes are limited so booking is essential.

The classes are suitable from 6 weeks until baby is actively crawling. The classes are ongoing throughout the year so you can join at any time. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat.
