Pregnancy Yoga - A special time to connect .....

Have you considered trying a pregnancy yoga class ?

The gentle stretches, poses and exercises will increase energy, ease and release the joints, tone up all the muscles of the body (including the pelvic floor!), increase flexibility, relieve tension and stress, improve posture and develop stamina and strength.

The classes are flowing with each person moving at their own pace and working within their own limits.

There is also a strong focus on working with the breath and learning useful breathing techniques which are so beneficial throughout pregnancy, labour and postnatally.  These techniques help your mind and body relax in labour, keep the mind focussed and increase natural pain-relieving hormones.

This class presents a special opportunity take time out for yourself to deeply relax, and also to connect with baby.
